A Day In My Life

The strength to get out of bed, even with the assistance of my husband is getting more and more difficult by the day.

I do not have any strength of my own.

God willing, I will have to find the strength by tomorrow, with the help of my husband, because it will be his 69th Birthday, and our 20th Wedding Anniversary.

We are planning on having our Pastor, and two of my closest friends, one of them is my cousin, come over to our home to help us celebrate.

In years past, there were 20 or more people celebrating with us, but those years are long gone now.

I cannot say now, that I miss them.

And I am still in the holiday spirit because of the goodness of the Lord.

The time is 4:54 PM.

Well, I am about to go back to my pastime. If you’ve been reading my blogs, then you know what that is.

My constant companion is here.

Pain.
