Hey y’all!

I’m still holding at 1.1 pounds to lose. Snacking too much is the culprit, so I only have myself to blame.

But rest assured, I will reach my desired weight goal shortly.

The saying rings true: too much of a good thing is a bad thing.

Regardless of that, my weight loss plan is still available.

So, don’t give up on me now!
