Hey y’all!
Today, I watched the live video online, of Dr. Charles Stanley lying in repose.
(For those of you, who may not know who he was; a television pastor, who faithfully, rightfully divided God’s Word of Truth.)
(2 Timothy 2:15 KJV) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
I watched for a few minutes or so; and then I just could not take it anymore.
(Too Sad, but yet rejoicing for God has picked another beautiful flower for His bouquet.)
And I saw beautiful red roses laying on top of a shiny black casket; and other beautiful flowers and plants; and it made me think, We just spoke of “Easter” baskets.
Wow! Life is fleeting.
Some of the people came in on canes, and I saw a scooter, too.
Then I said to myself, A life well-lived and respected by so many.
A “true” man who carried God’s Word to the ends of the world.
But don’t you fret; because God ain’t done with Dr. Charles Stanley yet, his messages will live on forever…
This comes to mind:
Satan Deceives, Divides, and Destroys.
I am forever blessed!
I just want to be ready when Jesus Christ comes.
