Hey there Y’all!
Since I’ve been away from you the yo-yo scale went up by 1.4 pounds. That means I haven’t changed my diet, and I’m still losing weight the healthy way.
But to be honest, I may have eaten too much fried fish on Thursday (05/07/26) and a little fried chicken on Friday (05/08/26), but that’s not a problem because defeat is not an option.
As of today, I am down 8.6 pounds, and my challenge would have ended if I hadn’t pigged out on fried food, but oh well. Only 1.4 pounds more to go—yippee, I lost some inches too!
That’s all for now, but I will keep you posted.
