Healthy Weight Loss Challenge-3

Hey there Y’all!

As of today, May 03, 2026, I’m down another 1.8 pounds, which makes a total of 6.8 pounds, and also some inches. And since I just want to lose a few unwanted pounds and some inches, I see my desired result approaching fast.

In an office I once worked many years ago, I used to hear a young lady talking to another lady about losing inches instead of pounds, and back then, I didn’t understand.

Fast-forward to 2024, the conversation between them popped into my head again. Then, I finally understood what the young lady meant, because here I was feeling the snugness of my clothes, almost bursting at the seams.
So I did a poem. Here it goes:

My body’s changing, spreading like a bay tree. I don’t want that look on me.
But I won’t let it cause misery.
I will do something about it, just wait and see. I like to be tall, slim, and trim, so I can feel free. Now, I have to go a weight loss spree. But that’s not a problem for me. I have my Healthy Weight Loss Plan. So I’m feeling grand! Try it and see, if you follow it to the letter, you will feel better!

So getting out of balance weight-wise or anything else is easy to do, but each time I slipped, I had something to stop me from falling—My Healthy Weight Loss Plan.
