Healthy Weight Loss Challenge-4

Hey there Y’all!

I mentioned to you, as of May 03, 2026, I was down 6.8 pounds. My weight was taken in the morning, but by the evening I was down another 0.9 pounds, which made a total of 7.7 pounds.

Next day, May 04, 2026, I was up 0.7 pounds, which then made a total of 7.0 pounds, but it didn’t discourage me at all. (I just said to the scale—you’re going the wrong way.)

Now today, May 05, 2026, I’m up another 0.6 pounds, (I asked the scale—why are you doing this to me?), but I’m still not discouraged, because my Plan is about losing weight the healthy way.
It’s not a quick fix but you have to be consistent, and follow it to the letter, if you are determined to achieve your desired result.

And keep in mind too, body weight can naturally shift in a few days due to water, food consumption, salt intake, or muscle recovery after exercising.

For me it’s water retention, because with my Plan there is no exercising involved—I’m physically disabled.
And sodium is not a factor because my salt intake was limited by my doctor many years ago.

If you can exercise that would be great, because you can achieve your desired result quicker.
