Healthy Weight Loss Challenge-5

Hey there Y’all!

My scale goes up and comes back down. It’s funny how when you set out to lose weight, the yo-yo factor comes into play. I gained 1.3 pounds and lost 1.1 pounds. And I checked my Body Mass Index (BMI), it told me that I shouldn’t lose any weight, but it’s crucial that I develop sustainable eating habits to maintain my health.

Well, My Healthy Weight Loss Plan helps me do that, and it will help you do the same. Just keep in mind, you have to follow it to the letter.

So my friends, 10 pounds is going to be my limit. I’m now 7.5 pounds down, so 2.5 more to go, honey! But of course, let’s see what the yo-yo scale has in store for me.
